Getting Adjusted and a Visit from the Grandparents

I love catching glimpses of kindness from sibling to sibling.  Crew tying Presley's shoes.
Presley was so excited that a little girl, Kasey, lives right across the street from us.  She has been sad that all of the other kids have friends to play with in our cul-de-sac . . . Kasey's family moves to California each summer for work so it was a thrill to meet them when they moved back.
Boston was super pumped to find that the previous owner of his room left him a pull up bar.  It has been fun to see them their hand at pull-ups!

Boston heard that some of his friends sleep without their shirts - so Boston and Crew just had to try it out.  I also love that they sometimes read together before they go to their own rooms for the night.
A surprise visit from Grandma Crossley.  She took the young grandkids that had not started school yet to lunch and play at her house.
 Presley and Kasey
I love seeing my boys and their friends play together on our street.  It is a dream to have friends so close to play with.
Boston and Crew's hideout.  They even slept in this tiny space for fun one night.

Crew's cute room that he was so excited about.
Lily met a couple of friends: Cheyenne and Pepper
Having fun at Aunt Laura's with her cute kids.
This little sweetheart is a champ!  Before Kasey moved back - Presley has been friendless here.  She has been so cute to help me weed the flower beds constantly.  Like 2 hours at a time sometimes.  It will be a cherished memory for me to remember our sweet little conversations and our listening to princess songs over and over again together.

Boston and Crew just chilling on the front porch.
Playing games with our next door neighbor kids.
Boston and his ideas to use random packing materials.

Lots of visits to Uncle Austin's farm.

Our neighbors gave us a ton of zucchini . . . so tons of muffins we made.  Great for school mornings!
Garrett likes to crank of the AC in our house and this is how Presley feels about it!  (I agree!!)

Dad and Boston building shelves in our garage.
Our neighbors, the Smiths, invited us out for a fun afternoon on the lake.  Jet skis and fun water toys.

We loved having Grant and Abby's family over for a visit.  We have missed family time for sure!!
Cute Presley and Hazel having an online "Playdate."  Such cute friends!
Lily was so excited to have a night out on the town with just her parents.  We took her to a wedding reception.
We were thrilled to have a visit from Grandpa and Grandma Updike!  We loved spending time with them for a few days!

Amazed at Garrett's packing skills!  He managed to "tetris" all of these boxes into his truck for the dump.

An outing to the BYU store with the grandparents!

 Building kits with Grandpa!

We even had an unexpected visit from Diana!  We sure miss her!
