I am just so grateful for Presley's amazing ballet teacher - Carrie.  She has been encouraging her dancers to try out for Ballet West's Nutcracker.  We haven't taken the opportunity previously because our life is always so busy with daily football practices, ballet and gymnastics.  How could we possibly get Presley to and from SLC multiple times a week?  However, Presley was so excited to try out and we decided to give it a go this year.   So many dancers try out so actually making it into the cast is pretty competitive.   Kasey and Presley on their way to tryouts . . .  After tryout dinner and treat AND . . . she made it!!!!  She and Kasey both made it!  We are so proud of them!  And they are soooo excited.  They were actually trying out for the party girl part because their height was perfect for that part . . . however, they were cast as Soldiers.  A total surprise to us and her dance teacher (only because the Sold...
