Running Fun!

Image
W e love participating in the BYU Alumni 5K run and it seems to have become a little tradition since this is the 3rd year we have participated in it.  I love running the 5k and the kids love running their own little races.  They are so cute!  They get so excited getting their little medals at the end of their runs. As you can tell from this pic, Presley ran super hard.  Ha!!  She was a little unsure about the process of the race so I had to run with her but once she got it, she ran her hardest! Presley just chatting it up with her friend, Hazel. Boston with his friend, Max. I loved running this race with these sweet friends - Jana, Emily, and Britton. Cooling off after a very hot day of running by going to the pool. ------------------------------------ Bolder Boulder 2018 (Heather, Leslie, 2 Jana's in the back, Mic and Emily) I had so much fun running this 10k this year.  I didn't do any running...

Crew's Preschool Graduation

I can't believe I have another child that has graduated from preschool!  Crew absolutely loved preschool!  He learned so much and he is now definitely ready for kindergarten.  We have truly been blessed to have Ms. Jeannie as his teacher.  She is so kind and teaches in a way that the kids enjoy learning.  Crew is an amazing reader and it is because of his wonderful teacher. One of the mom's put together this sweet apron for Ms. Jeannie as a thank you.  The kiddos put their handprint and name on an apron.    The kids had a cute little program filled with songs and unique fun facts that Ms. Jeannie shared with us about each preschooler.    These two have been friends since they were babies.  This year is bitter sweet for them because Brielle and her family are moving to Utah in a week.  Crew is sad because they always play together at school.  Love these 2 cuties! Way to ...

Roller Hockey For the Win!

Image
I have loved watching my kids play lots of sports . . . but I really love watching them play Roller Hockey.  Boston brought home a flier from school and it was all he could talk about.  He just HAD to try out roller hockey.  Lily didn't just want to sit around and watch him so she decided to try it out also.   SUCCESS!! They both really loved it!  They are wanting to be apart of league games in the fall.  Presley met a new friend, Nelly.  They were so cute to just play with each other every practice.  Boston loved playing goalie!  He had to have help putting on his hefty gear.
