The Updike's

Let the Halloween Festivities begin!  Pumpkin Carving.  I had to beg Boston to participate this year and Lily was an absolute no.  Sad they are all growing up and don't love to do these things anymore.   Cute watching Presley get ready in her costume Boston: Jazz Basketball Player Crew: Perry the Platypus Presley: A Devil Lily: Also a Devil The Devils! Ward Halloween Party School Parade Trick or Treating! This year I tried something new.  In past years we always talk about getting together as a neighborhood and having dinner before trick or treating.  This year Garrett and I decided to make it happen.  We provided 2 kinds of chili and the rest of the neighbors brought some sides and drinks to go along with the chili.  It was super fun to all be together.  It was soooo cold though!! Wonderful neighbors! Trading candy! So Fun! Presley organizing her candy! Crew organizing his candy into different types!

While we were away for Garrett's business trip, Grandpa and Grandma Updike came for a visit and watched the kids for us.   Crew is one tough cookie!  He plays and works so hard at football.  I can't believe how bruised he gets.   I love it when my boys play together Prepping for the Playoffs  Fun to have Grandpa and Grandma Updike here for the playoff games Unfortunately Boston got hit hard with a tackle. Crew and Emerson  Unfortunately, both boys lost their games.  But I am so proud of all of their hard work.  They practiced hard and played hard!
